Transport damage complaints
Immediately report any defects in the transportation of the visible packaging of the product to the courier who delivered the goods. The customer is obliged to report any damage during transportation within 24h of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the delivery receipt or ask the courier to wait until the damage to the package also causes damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt.
Complaints about data or the wrong kind of goods
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered or the information on the invoice is not appropriate, please call us on the phone number +971 4 883 6642 within 24 hours after receiving the shipment, or send an e-mail with your information (Company name, first and last name, telephone) to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what problem you have, or download the complaint leaflet from the link at the end of this text, fill it out and send the goods to our address. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer on the claimed complaint by electronic means (e-mail) by confirming the receipt of the complaint, or by announcing the number under which your complaint is recorded in the record of received complaints and we will notify you of further action. The deadline for responding to the complaint is 8 days and for resolving the complaint it is 15 days from the moment of reporting it.
